Turqi is a seasoned investment professional with wide ranging expertise covering local and international investment markets.

Since 2021, he has held the position of Deputy Governor & Head of International Investments Division for the Public Investment Fund of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, one of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world, which has a global footprint.

He heads the International Investments division of PIF since 2016, where he led the Fund’s global investment strategy across public markets, private markets, real estate and infrastructure.

He was recently appointed Chairman of Lucid Motors, a major Electric Vehicle manufacturer, and holds a number of senior board positions including with Hapag Lloyd and at Sanabil Investments.

Turqi has extensive leadership experience in managing international investments with PIF, Saudi-Frans Capital, and Morgan Stanley.

Turqi holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from King Saud University.
